Education and Skills Development

HARD is committed to transforming lives through education and skills development. Their initiatives focus on equipping individuals with knowledge and practical skills, fostering lifelong learning, and promoting inclusive education for marginalized communities, including women, youth, and children.

Adult Literacy Programs
HARD has empowered 200 adult learners through literacy programs, enabling them to read, write, and enhance their decision-making abilities. These programs aim to break the cycle of illiteracy and provide participants with tools to actively engage in economic and social opportunities.

Youth Digital Skills and Career Mentorship
In partnership with the Global Fund for Women and YSAT, HARD has trained 75 youth in digital skills literacy and career mentorship. This initiative equips young people with essential skills for the modern job market, fostering self-reliance and preparing them for diverse career paths.

Early Childhood Development (ECD)
HARD has implemented a play-based assessment framework for early childhood education, reaching 4 ECD centers and benefiting 120 children. Collaborating with the University of Chichester, Learn to Play, and Children on the Edge, this program promotes holistic child development through interactive and inclusive learning approaches tailored to young learners.
